I specialise in white-collar recruitment across a broad range of office-based roles, including accounting and finance, administration, engineering, HR, management and executive positions, project management, and technical roles.
But what truly drives me isn’t just the job titles, it’s the people behind them. I’m genuinely fascinated by individual stories: where someone began, the challenges they’ve overcome, and the milestones they’re striving toward. Those human moments are what defines my work. For me, recruitment is part matchmaking, part intuition, and all about creating meaningful connections that can genuinely change lives.
My approach is simple: honesty, transparency, and genuine care. I listen…really listen. I ask the right questions, share what I know, and never pretend to have all the answers. Curiosity and openness have been my greatest tools, helping me understand goals on a deeper level and deliver results that truly matter.
Over the years, I’ve earned a reputation for being dependable, respectful, and relentlessly dedicated. I’m not interested in competing with anyone else, I’m focused on continually levelling up, delivering more value, and being the person people can trust.
